Mechanical Pump Fluid
Stanton Industries offers a complete line of mechanical oils for all pump types and vacuum applications. Benefits of proper pump fluid selection include longer pump life and less backstreaming which leads to a cleaner vacuum system and increased productivity.
Fomblin
Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) family of lubricants are non-flammable, chemically inert and thermally stable, have excellent lubricity properties and are available in viscosity grades suitable for use in all vacuum pumps.

Diffusion Pump Oil
Our offering of silicone diffusion pump fluids have been engineered to perform well into rugged applications, resist oxidation at high temperatures, offer quick pumpdowns and are chemically and thermally stable to help resist tars and carbons from forming on pump jets.
Silicone Grease
Silicone High Vacuum Grease is a lubricant and sealant which is ideally suited for all high vacuum applications. The grease is of uniform, soft consistency and can be used over a wide range of temperatures. Important features of this high vacuum grease include good lubricating and sealing ability, excellent resistance to water, chemicals, high and low temperatures and low volatility. This grease can be used in applications operating down to 10-8 torr.
Reclaim Service
Our shop is equipped to handle whatever volume of fluid the customer needs. Each customer’s material is handled on a batch by batch basis; we never mix materials. This prevents cross contamination from another source and insures the integrity of the reclaim program you establish with us. Each batch of reclaimed material is tested and is guaranteed to meet product specifications. A certified analysis of the reclaimed fluid is provided with each lot.
